Many updates
From February 10 to 12, it was a three-day weekend in Japan. And I created one illustration for each of those days.

Nicely done, these three illustrations depict a single character. But there is actually a background of other characters in disguise. I posted these for three days and then posted another version of each illustration that reveals who is in disguize.

A few additions have increased the background of the illustration. And the number of posts on social networking sites has also increased. This worked to keep my presence on the Internet from being diluted. I was able to gain more followers than usual.
Oh, and I have updated the gallery on my website. I've made the artwork with these secondary images into a single post. And you can easily switch between them when you are browsing. This feature can also be used for viewing manga in the future.
Looking Back
Here is the extra. I look back at my illustration review notes. I will remember how I felt at the time, and I will also extract any parts that I think would be useful to look at now.
This is an illustration I created after receiving a request on Skeb.jp. I haven't drawn many visual effects like particles and such, but I think I did a good job.
I had a hard time deciding on the pose and composition. I want to draw the pose before the backhanded waving of the fan. But it was difficult to see the silhouette because the arms overlap the body. It makes the silhouette difficult to recognize. The problem was so obvious that I had to redraw the color rough sketch. I decided not to draw to the feet. And instead, I made the arms and legs slender by raising the height. Then silhouette easier to understand.
It took guts to discard something that had been worked up to a color rough. But starting over anew is the best way to deal with something that is fundamentally bankrupt. And starting over is not as hard as you assume when you discard. In fact, it is easier to proceed because you can see what you need to avoid.
About the effects. The white dots I drew are meant to be rising fire sparks. If you observe the fire sparks, you will see that they are rising on an air current that is concentrated from the bottom to the top. I thought I could draw it like that if I had this cohesive effect.
Visual effects such as rays of light or magic to be drawn into the illustration are almost untapped territory for me. My notebook says "well done," but it's still poor. These things will confront me in the future.
